- To provide free education and training, and carry out developmental activities in collaboration with educational and government institutions.

- To organize all students and conduct welfare activities such as “LibFest,” which promotes educational, cultural, sports, and social development.

- To work for the promotion and dissemination related to all students, including the free offline and online publication of magazines and books, and to organize and promote conferences, seminars, symposiums, and workshops by alumni.

- To promote environmental protection through tree plantation and maintenance.

- To strive for the welfare of library professionals, including efforts for their promotion and related interests.
